Service Description

One-on-one coaching with me includes a listening ear and the clarity of direction and purpose. Through an enhanced program of intention, identification and needed resources, you can discover your potential for growth as a soul-driven, heart-based leader of your life and business. This is a full 3-months individual coaching program, where the clients will go through steps to rediscover themselves and be their authentic selves. The program will help clients both in their careers and personal life. Krisztina will go through the following steps with her clients: - The basics of self-discovery - Reconnecting with yourself – a sense of self - Letting go of past meaning, embracing the future. - Connection with your higher self-accepting who you are. - Transform yourself for success. - Building success – your business as your spiritual practice - Your authentic self – freedom from the mind. Access to free guided meditations and workbooks. Session duration: 90 minutes per session. Number of sessions with Krisztina: 12
